SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are locally operated and based out of the great city of New Braunfels, Texas. Our products are inspired by the great state of Texas and all of its distinctive culture. Made by Texans, for Texans
All orders are ready to ship within 1-4 business days unless we are on vacation. If we are on vacation, shipping times may be delayed. Please read webpage header alert for vacation notices/dates.
We ship all shirts Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
Processing & shipping time is 1-4 business days.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days after they are shipped.
Shipping cutoff time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not ship out until the next business day.
International shipping may be subject to customs or duties. Most international packages are sent First Class International Mail and do not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.
If non pre-order items are ordered at the same time as pre-order items, we wait to ship all of the products together once the pre-order item is back in stock.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help or rectify the situation where possible. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control. Please consult with your local USPS first to handle the matter.
We are not responsible for, nor do send replacements for orders when the shipping address is entered incorrectly.
If you feel you have received a damaged product, please email us at email@example.com for further instructions. Depending on the nature of the damaged item we will either send you a replacement product with a shipping label for the defective item to be sent back.
We will not be held responsible for the shipping of a damaged item back to us if you do not opt for a replacement.
RETAIL & WHOLESALE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your t-shirt for any reason, we will gladly refund it.
- Must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed & undamaged). In order to keep their shape, hats must be returned in a box, not a soft package. If we receive a hat that is smashed, a 25% will be deducted from the refund total.
- Must be returned within 30 days from purchase. Any items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, and customer is responsible for return shipping to receive their items back.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label.
- Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. This includes discounted bundle products as well as sale items.
- Returns are only offered on domestic orders.
- An order number or receipt is required for all returns.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
- Returns will not be processed until we have received your item.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges. Customers must repurchase a new item and return original item. Please refer to return instructions above. If you catch us in time, we will be happy to help you make changes to an order, however we cannot make guarantees. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
All of our designs are protected under copyright laws. Do not copy. We take this matter very seriously and will take legal action.
