SHIPPING POLICY

We are locally operated and based out of the great city of New Braunfels, Texas. Our products are inspired by the great state of Texas and all of its distinctive culture. Made by Texans, for Texans

All orders are ready to ship within 1-4 business days unless we are on vacation. If we are on vacation, shipping times may be delayed. Please read webpage header alert for vacation notices/dates.

Shipping Times

We ship all shirts Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

Processing time is 1-4 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method purchased.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days after they are shipped.

Shipping cutoff time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not ship out until the next business day.

International Shipping 

International shipping may be subject to customs or duties. Most international packages are sent First Class International Mail and do not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.

Pre-Order

If non pre-order items are ordered at the same time as pre-order items, we wait to ship all of the products together once the pre-order item is back in stock.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship packages, they are out of our control. Please check with your local USPS to handle this matter. Refunds will not be issued on lost packages.
